How to make a request
Send a clear request through the developer support contact provided in the Rai Rewards app. Include the email address associated with your account and describe the request. We may need to verify the request before taking action.
Response
Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. If a request cannot be completed, we will provide an explanation where required.
